These 2.5 gallon cauldrons can sit directly on any surface and keep your gelato frozen for up to three hours indoor and up to two hours outside. They do not require any electricity which makes them perfect for any occasion. Cauldrons hold one flavor each, serve approximately 60 guests and are $120 each. We can reserve up to four cauldrons for your event. There is a $50/cauldron required deposit.

SELF-SERVE TRIO

Each trio case can offer your guests three gelato flavors of your choosing! The trio case does not require electricity and can be used indoor or outside for up to two hours. Each pan of gelato will serve approximately 25-30 guests, making this the perfect dessert display choice for around 90 guests. The self-serve trio case is $240. We can reserve up to two trio cases for your event, for a total of 6 gelato flavors. There is a $100/case required deposit.

DETAILS:
Self-serve catering displays must be confirmed a minimum of 14 days prior to the event date. The customer is required to pick up and return the display cases and gelato at our Mercurio’s Fox Chapel location. The display cases must be returned within five days from the date of the event to be eligible for a deposit refund. Gelato flavor selection is due a minimum of 14 days prior to the event date.
